O you who believe! be careful of (your duty to) Allah with the care which is due to Him, and do not die unless you are Muslims.

103 And hold fast by the covenant of Allah all together and be not disunited, and remember the favor of Allah on you when you were enemies, then He united your hearts so by His favor you became brethren; and you were on the brink of a pit of fire, then He saved you from it, thus does Allah make clear to you His communications that you may follow the right way.    

104 And from among you there should be a party who invite to good and enjoin what is right and forbid the wrong, and these it is that shall be successful.    

105 And be not like those who became divided and disagreed after clear arguments had come to them, and these it is that shall have a grievous chastisement.    

106 On the day when (some) faces shall turn white and (some) faces shall turn black; then as to those whose faces turn black: Did you disbelieve after your believing? Taste therefore the chastisement because you disbelieved.

107 And as to those whose faces turn white, they shall be in Allah's mercy; in it they shall-abide.    

108 These are the communications of Allah which We recite to you with truth, and Allah does not desire any injustice to the creatures.    

109 And whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth is Allah's; and to Allah all things return

"Your Lord has a right on you, your soul has a right on you, and your family has a right on you"

Narrated Abu Juhaifa (ra)


The Prophet (peace be upon him) made a bond of  brotherhood between Salman (ra) and Abu Ad-Darda' (ra). Salman paid a visit to Abu Ad-Darda' and found Um Ad-Darda' dressed in shabby clothes and asked her why she was in that state. She replied, "Your brother Abu Ad-Darda' is not interested in (the luxuries of) this world." In the meantime Abu Ad-Darda' came and prepared a meal for Salman. Salman requested Abu Ad-Darda' to eat (with him), but Abu Ad-Darda' said, "I am fasting." Salman said, "I am not going to eat unless you eat." So, Abu Ad-Darda' ate (with Salman).

When it was night and (a part of the night passed), Abu Ad-Darda' got up (to offer the night prayer), but Salman told him to sleep and Abu Ad-Darda' slept. After sometime Abu Ad-Darda' again got up but Salman told him to sleep.

When it was the last hours of the night, Salman told him to get up then, and both of them offered the prayer.

Salman told Abu Ad-Darda', "Your Lord has a right on you, your soul has a right on you, and your family has a right on you; so you should give the rights of all those who has a right on you."

Abu Ad-Darda' came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and narrated the whole story.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Salman has spoken the truth."

A famous Pakistani news channel's website has published a photograph from my blog "Life, Nature and me"

SAMAA news channel's website has published the photograph of Minar-ePakistan from my blog "Life, Nature and me".

Although, the photograph was attached with a sad news but still I am pleased that one of the photographs I captured was beneficial for someone. Though, I have watermarked most of my photographs to get credit for the site but I haven't put any restrictions on the usage of my photographs as long as the user does not claim the ownership of my photographs.

Since Minar-e-Pakistan is attached to the memories of the freedom of Pakistan therefore I hadn't even watermarked it's photograph so that everyone could feel free to use it.

It encourages me to think about purchasing a DSLR camera. Though I am more interested towards nature photography than capturing the photos of historical places.

May Allah help Muslims of Pakistan to Make Pakistan the Real Pakistan,ameen.

Though nowadays we see that a westernized (or Musharafized) minority wishes to convert Islamic Republic of Pakistan into Secular Pakistan but we haven't and we will not forget (insha-Allah) the purpose of the creation of Pakistan which is clear in the following words:

Pakistan ka Matlab Kia ? 

لا اله الا الله 

Long Live Pakistan

Hai tark-e-watan sunnat-e-Mahboob-e-Ilaahi

Dai tu bhi nabuwwat ki sadaqat peh gawahi

Guftaar-e-siyasat main watan aur hi kuch hai

Irshaad-e-nabuwwat main watan aur hi kuch hai

Aqwaam-e-jahan main hai raqabat, to issi sai

Taskheer hai maqsood-e-tijarat, to issi sai

Khaali hai sadaqat sai siyasat, to issi sai

Kamzor ka ghar hota hai gharat, to issi sai

Aqwam main makhlooq-e-khuda bat-ti hai iss sai

Qaumeat islam ki jaR kat-ti hai iss sai

"The month of Ramazan is that in which the Quran was revealed, a guidance to men and clear proofs of the guidance and the distinction..."

183 O you who believe! fasting is prescribed for you, as it was prescribed for those before you, so that you may guard (against evil).
184 For a certain number of days; but whoever among you is sick or on a journey, then (he shall fast) a (like) number of other days; and those who are not able to do it may effect a redemption by feeding a poor man; so whoever does good spontaneously it is better for him; and that you fast is better for you if you know.
185 The month of Ramazan is that in which the Quran was revealed, a guidance to men and clear proofs of the guidance and the distinction; therefore whoever of you is present in the month, he shall fast therein, and whoever is sick or upon a journey, then (he shall fast) a (like) number of other days; Allah desires ease for you, and He does not desire for you difficulty, and (He desires) that you should complete the number and that you should exalt the greatness of Allah for His having guided you and that you may give thanks. 

186 And when My servants ask you concerning Me, then surely I am very near; I answer the prayer of the suppliant when he calls on Me, so they should answer My call and believe in Me that they may walk in the right way. 
 
187 It is made lawful to you to go into your wives on the night of the fast; they are an apparel for you and you are an apparel for them; Allah knew that you acted unfaithfully to yourselves, so He has turned to you (mercifully) and removed from you (this burden); so now be in contact with them and seek what Allah has ordained for you, and eat and drink until the whiteness of the day becomes distinct from the blackness of the night at dawn, then complete the fast till night, and have not contact with them while you keep to the mosques; these are the limits of Allah, so do not go near them. Thus does Allah make clear His communications for men that they may guard (against evil).
